Research

is the foundation of any good design. We employ a variety of research and analysis methods, including competitive and gap analysis, ethnography, interviews and task analysis to understand business objectives and customer goals.

Usability

identifies pain points and barriers within an experience. We can test at our local facilities in Philadelphia, out in the field, or perform remote testing to identify key problems and determine their severity.

Design

should be goal-oriented and based on research data. A typical design engagement may include task analysis grids, task flow diagrams, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes and visual designs.
